Don't Go - The Purest of All Sounds app for iPhone and iPad

A collaborative release by Mativa & Knor. Let your mind wander in a generative VR experience for the Cardboard Viewer.

Together, the two artists are moving towards the future of media and transform Mativas audiovisual piece “The Purest of All Sounds” into a virtual refuge.

As one of three story points of Knors transmedia storyworld "Dont Go", The Purest Of All Sounds puts the user into a permanently morphing space that examines what might be found in the space between signal and noise.

The generative application for Virtual Reality immerses the user in a world where the synchronous evolution of soundscapes and light allows his mind to wander in a deep and surprising experience of audiovisual perception.

There is a place between noise and signal.

The user will need Cardboard or similar VR Viewer to use the application. The application is optimised for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s.


1. Launch the "Dont Go" App
2. Put on your some nice headphones an plug them into your smartphone
3. Place your phone into your Cardboard viewer
4. Find the glowing dot and stare at it to trigger the animation
5. Let your mind wander and forget everything for a second.
